Isn’t there some morning game show that has a version of it? The player there stands above the board and drops a ball and it bounces around on big nails and ends up on the bottom on a prize?
If that’s what it is, then a couple of 3dice slots have features that operate on the idea. One has a ball bouncing downward being caught and sent into different directions by flowers and it lands on the bottom on a prize.
Another one is a medieval setting and the ball rolls down and runs into see-saw type things that make it change direction and eventually lands on a prize.
