Just a couple of hours ago, with his frozen account here and a temp ban on his affiliate account and various pressures from other members and various other (possible black hat techniques) he finally emailed me.
He claimed it was an error and he did not pay attention to the copyright aspect of cutting and pasting my material on his site.
His email is posted on GPWA in this thread here.
He then emailed me saying he would post his apology publicly there about his unetihcal behaviour and apolgized. Just waiting on it..
I have asked the GPWA to vote on his private membership status to be revolked. In my email to him i asked for him to volunteer his ban for 3 months and reflect on being a more ethical webmaster.
He has removed the stolen content, he has somewhat admitted to theft, and just waiting for him to post publicly his side.
Well have to see what he says and consider if this is the kind of member we want in our community in the future.
