Perhaps those of us who see no changes are stuck in the new personalized search that shows you pretty much what you saw before (stupid IMO)
It does this whether you are logged into your account or not.
Now you have to delete google cookies to see the real thing. Fat chance of our visitors doing that.
This could have a huge effect on visitor numbers, serps are not the same from one person to the next anymore.
