There is a lot of shenanigans that go on in this industry, and not all that much can be done about it, except bellyache. Contracts can be changed (we’ve seen it many times), fees and chargebacks can be levied (do we really ever know how accurate these are ?), and players can be re-signed up with different deals, unbenounced to us, with our tracking lost forever.
Seriously, how on earth are you ever can prove any of this, and what legal ramifications do you really have, when the Operator is down in Costa Rica, for example ??
