Income Access needs to publicly accept some of the blame. They were part of the equation. I haven’t been impress by Income Access. We have won numerous awards and commendations with various brands, but got diddly squat from Income Access. They have had a high brand turnover and high staff turnover. I’m hoping CAP, EGR, AWD and Gambling911 cover that also.

At the least, a small goodwill payment could have been made for each active player as some compensation.
