There were a few teething problems when they moved over to the Netrefer software, but they all seem to have calmed down now. Payments also appear to have got back to normal after a bit of a dely in May. They normally make payment around 15-19 of each month, although I haven’t got last months yet.
As far as we are concerned there are no issues.
