One of the drawcards CAP offer programs is access and contact to potential new affiliates.
Perhaps a members need to check a box to agree to be contacted by affiliate programs before they can join, otherwise that point would be moot.
I get hundreds of mails asking me whether I would like to advertise on this site or that, and I check it out, because it’s my job as an affiliate manager. Surely an aff manager asking you to take a look at their program isn’t that far away from your role, as an affiliate?
In my view: Industry related board, you’ll get industry related messages. If he sent it to your facebook, that would be SPAM imo.
