Like Satya says – self discipline helps.
The flexibility needs to be used in the right way. The work hours must be clearly marked and one should not get distracted while working. I have been working from home for four years now and the flexibilty this arrangement give me actually inspires me to do better so that I can hold on to this way of working and living my life!
