I guess we had bad timing because I did allow time before my second post about your not addressing the issue. I was unaware of the closing of the thread or just wrong … to be honest I can’t remember but I don’t see myself attacking you if you’d already responded.
all water under the bridge and as Ant said, this really has thrown you into the spotlight. I know for myself as i am very cautious … I wouldn’t have listed you no matter what for another 6 months to a year to see what others said.
I run a guarantee that I can’t afford to be wrong about a whole lot.
Now that said, you’ve proven to make changes to be aff-friendly and I’ll list you as soon as I have time … although the way things have been going it might be 6 months to a year anyway but if any consolation you are planned in.
I won’t make you rich anyway. But considering the attention and positive way you’ve accomodated it … I would rather guess you won’t need me one way or the other in a short time because I can say confidently that programs that produce healthy bottom lines get the first excited and positive discussions as opposed to those that do not which get the first talked about horrid reviews, both in between the lines and straight out and when that happens from seasoned vets … it really doesn’t speak well for that program’s future.
I have in my ten years seen a lot of programs that didn’t produce healthy bottom lines go from being the toast of the town when first arriving … to now no longer existing … because they couldn’t or wouldn’t be smart enough to realize its a long journey and having loyal partners helps a lot when the chips are down and they inevitably will be both up and down.
The non-producers just don’t weather the storms because they crapped on all their partners … or were simply so incompetent that they couldn’t convert / keep players … in any case they are no longer here. And some of them I am certain stole enough that it kept them alive for months maybe a year or more … but they were doomed the same as a drug dealer that can’t stay out of his product. Just a matter of when it all falls apart, not if.
Its simple math if you can keep greed out of the equation. The more you make us … the more we will make you. That simple. but it takes time and the programs no longer with us … didn’t have the patience to stick it out legitimately or lacked ability to control their greed.
