Hi Scott,
Please read our report and ask Robin if you need clarification. The second deposits disappearing had absolutely nothing to do with our reports. It was simply that the players did NOT make the second deposits in some cases and in the other cases, the person who wrote the whitepaper, simply did not correctly read Robin’s excel sheet. All second deposits were either tracked, accounted for, or the players kept the money and didn’t deposit it at Rome at all. There is a full record of this and you’re welcome to confirm with Robin who is the Audit Team Leader.
At first, accusations that players were just keeping the money.
And then an explanation that the stats reports are flawed:
“Currently with TopGame, we have a limitation that if you select a date-range beyond just the current month, you will only see the current month”
It does seem common sense though that 0 out of 8 tracking was not right.
Any casino that did this would be caught out right away.
They whole audit thing seems like a good idea, but any casino hoping to cheat is not realistically going to shave affiliates right away – Maybe after a few months when it is harder to track..
