It appears to be Top Game and the way the are cookieing visitors/players. Ive explained the details to their engineers and why the current protocol needs to be corrected and they seem motivated to do so.
Rome Casino has no influence on how the cookies are set or overwritten. That is a function of the software and clearly there are issues which need to be corrected.
I dont think it’s malicious, It appears to be mistakes made by a new start up software company which did not catch eveything in internal testing. This is not uncommon. Look at all the service packs Microsoft issues to correct flaws which made it through their test process.
