I have got a few ads still running at google and am scared to even tip-toe past them for fear they’ll take them down.
So I don’t bother them about anything … other than to make sure the money is in the account when they come for it.
One thing I noticed about them was that you could submit nearly the same (I never tried exactly the same for fear of being banned) but like change a plural to a single .. and get included one day and the next time not: which I suspect means that they have human editors involved in at least some of their process (perhaps to oversee) and it may largely depend upon whether they are in the right mood that day as to whether you get a pass.
*which is why I don’t bother them much … the next guy or gal that looks at my ads might not have “gotten some” lately and are in no mood for grey area antics.
