May I ask which RTG this was? Did you contact the RTG to see what they planned on doing with the money that was removed from the jackpot?
The player said she wanted no assistance, it was her business, she just wanted me to know. I was surprised to find it was one of the respectable RTGs. If you PM me I will tell you which, but please respect the player’s request for no interference.
