I agree completely Dom. The player should not have been listed as a winner (especially without his/her consent) and the money should have been returned to the players (whether it be added back to the jackpot or given away in another form).
May I ask which RTG this was? Did you contact the RTG to see what they planned on doing with the money that was removed from the jackpot?
