I think bodog did their rejecting and high standards for a different reason. If you got rejected and they said you weren’t good enough it almost comes off as an insult but I am sure it works for them because some affiliates will go out of their way to prove them wrong that they are an affiliate worthy of their high standards. It gets the dialogue going with the AM and it’s probably a better start to a program than just signing up and not talking to anybody. It’s like walking up to a hot girl and telling her she is probably a bad kisser. Her response is ‘what do you mean I’m a bad kisser, I’ll show you’ and now you’re like ‘haha this sales technique works like a charm’.
