I received my affiliate payment for Q3 2008 on November 28th, but it was short by $2,000. I have written to VIP support 4 times and they will not reply. I checked my reports and there were no deductions, so why they shorted my payment is a mystery. They have the 800 number, but when you call they have a recording that refers callers back to the support email.
Seems like there is something wrong. Can’t get a response from them and the smaller payment I did receive was way late. I wonder what the heck is going on?
