In fact we dont have any banners at all. Some logos, a couple of 120x 60s in certain places.
But I still get affiliate managers sending me mails about their fantastic new banners.
I do think that some programs spend too much time and money on banners as Im not sure too many affiliates are won over by “a great banner” but I expect many are lost by late stats, non or slow return of emails etc.
