I can honestly say I cried (er, blubbered) buckets of joyful tears from the moment it was known that Obama had won the necessary electorates to the last wave at Grant Park. There is so much more to this election than simply the good-bye to the destructive Bush years–we’ve proved that America has changed and has the potential for even greater change. I’m just so freaking proud tonight…and incredibly hopeful.
