is this normal that we did not get even one e-mail yet from vip casino about congrats on the win and how and when to get paid?
All we got is some info from live chat, that we have to wait til we get e.mail from the finance desk.
No e-mail yet and the win is 36 hours ago.
Well we found then also out, Mikes phone number was not updated, even about 3 weeks ago he did spend almost an hour on live chat to update all accounts within your brands.
Yesterday Live chat said again, address and phone dont match, so he gave again new details.
Ok no phone call is understandable in that case, there was old phone #.
A phone call must also not be, but hey, at least an e-mail should be, or am i wrong here?
Is this treatment normal to all players?
