From my end as an affiliate manager.

I know that sometimes things don’t always go smoothly ( we have all had an issue at one time or another)

I think the measure of a program is the ability to work with the affiliate and solve the problem when they come up. I know some programs have come and gone some have been burnt ( affiliates & affiliate programs) But on the whole I think if we use the phrase “if it’s to good to be true it is”

I know with my affiliate program our daily quote is ” no problems just solutions”
Communication is key – and it’s not always what you say it’s how you say it.

For example: “I think your program sucks and you are trying to scam me – the stats are way off.”
This type of email kills me – we are already on the defensive. And solving this issue is sooooo tough. We do pride ourselves on our clean tracking.

The real email is: I am having a tracking issue and one of my trackers are not working right. This type of email is easy to work with and we can have that fixed.

I love working with affiliates and enjoy my career.
I am also so happy that there is this type of forum so we can all comunicate better and learn from each other.

I think that forums like this are a great way to work together as partners in a great and fun indistry.

I think Cap also does a great job calling out bad programs.

My 2 cents:)
