I did inquire about this and here was the response:
“I am not clear 100% on what you mean by 7%-10%? The only thing I can think of is the bcp has a 7% on Referral but that was from day 1.”
Is there documented proof anywhere that this was not the case? If so, we will definitely proceed to follow up.
