Before the breakfast I always drink a glass of apple or orange juice, then I like to eat eggs with toasters with smoked salmon, sometimes I like to eat buckwheat porridge with eggs.
After the breakfast in 30 minutes I drink a cup of green tea.
I’m not worried about my weight because I eat not too much, but my advise to those who have problems with the weight:
each Oatmeal porridge every day.
