Bottom line is the courts gave the order and registrars in USA have to comply or else get their own lawyers involved.For now i think it is matter of staying one step ahead of them .I am unsure if a Canadian company would act on a USA court order.For me my gambling sites represent about 20% of my godaddy account ,ill move these only and feel that my other sites who are nongambling are safe there.
I have been doing this affiliate business a few years now and know we are in a gray area .I am not even American and today my lawyer probably charged me $900 to talk to him on the phone lol.I think it is probably best if we all move our domains just in case this was 141 of 1 million domains they want
