They have big brands, but in my experience, and those of other bingo affiliates I’ve spoken too, they’re not great at converting and keeping players. Their bingo offering is quite limited, and I suspect that’s why you don’t get great long term value from their players.
Their affiliate system is nice and easy to use though, and it’s really good having all those brands under one roof. Their AM is pretty easy going and easy to contact. However, their accounting system is a bit of a joke (a point I raised with St Minver’s managing director at the last bingo summit) – I’ve been receiving monthly payments for almost two years now, but from one month to the next I don’t know what to expect, and I’ve never once received any sort of invoice / remittance from them, which is a real pain for accounting.
