There have been a lot of posts on the forums about affiliate earnings. As most of you are aware, we had issues last week where earnings were being attributed to the wrong month. We reran the data last week and subsequently ensured that the allocation was being done correctly. However, if you still have reservations about the way your earnings are being reflected or calculated, we urge you to contact your Relationship manager or email [email protected] and we will get back to you with a response specifically for your account.
Please trust that we are ready and willing to listen to all your concerns and if there is something amiss that we will do everything in our power to fix it as soon as possible.
