What applies to you is the contract YOU signed. That is the way business and the legal world work. All the disclaimers in the world are null and void if they are retroactrive.

This is also not true. Real world example – in May I got the Sprint Mobile Broadband as a way to have Internet wherever I go. When I signed the contract, I signed on UNLIMITED data. One month later Sprint changed the data plan from unlimited to 5GB, which was applied to ALL CUSTOMERS. The only thing existing customers could to was to leave the company without paying the early termination fee.

If you actually read the T&C, a lot of programs are using similar terms and changing it retroactively, when they can. When I signed up with Bet 365, the T&C was that you will get your first commission only after referring 5 players. Now the T&C state that you HAVE TO bring 5 players in the first three months or your account will be closed.
