But 90% of those names went to domain speculators. That’s not to say they won’t sell them to other speculators later, but I was talking about end-users. A few will go for the brandable ones but you have more chance of making money with “poke.me” than “poker.me” uless you sell to a speculator LOL 
IMO an end user would be silly paying that money. Besides which you look at the Top 20 SERPS on Google for casino and you won’t ever see anything but .com, .net or .org (the odd .co.uk for major brands). .ME doesn’t stand a chance IMO.
And finally from this time next year the new ICANN initiative comes in where you can have pretty much any extension you like…that alone will probably devalue .ME, .info etc hugely as it expands. Who would want casino.ME when they can have anything.casino ?
Highly risky decision paying big bucks on .ME, but just my opinion :hattip:
