I agree with Simmo, the Venetian is a great hotel and they did have a few bars which we Westerners packed out. Macau is much quieter than Vegas though but good in its own way. Give Macau another 5-10 years and it might get there 
In terms of entertainment Vegas-style, you ain’t gonna get that in Macau
