That is interesting and does sound somewhat familure so I’m gonna PM you just to see if we dealt with the same company.
My issue was that they keep having me change links as well as changing my POC (point of contact) person. I informed the casino company of my feelings, but nothing came of it, but it really enlightened me on working with media companies. If I do it again, then it will only be done on a pre-paid basis.
BTW I never agree to refund money, but I will keep the banner placement live until the terms are met. If they don’t go for that then they are not on the up and up IMO.
