My biggest issue is that as long as the casinos and affiliate programs themselves do not act accordingly .. this will continue..
– Why give the copycat/spammer a warning that he will lose his earnings? I feel that there should be no warning whatsoever.. simply close his account and he forfeits any earnings IMMEDIATELY. In all the T&C’s it states that one may not do anything wrong.. so why warn? Don’t give these people any leeway…
– Especially the casinos bearing eCogra seals etc. .. Should that not be a reason to make sure that all aspects of your bussiness run “cleanly”? Surely that would be reason enough to get rid of these bad apples from your marketing efforts and distance yourselves from them.
– If they (Casinos) think that the copycat/spammer earned them a bit or a lot of money in a short space of time.. that would be very short-sighted on their part.. since these people hurt those that work hard in the industry who have proven track records .. thereby hurting their own long term earnings as well.
There are a number of programs that do act really quickly.. which is highly appreciated and I remember those when I do my updates.. but if you look below in this very forum.. some programs have not even bothered to answer my posts on this issue. Makes one go “Hmmmmm..”
So.. basically.. cut off the reason to do this and it will stop eventually.. Stop with the warnings.. If it is a clear case.. close the account without any warning and shoot them an email stating this. Tell me why he/she would continue?
