You hit that point on the head! It’s like that for a lot of things these days.
This week I purchased a add-on application for Dreamweaver and I followed the directions to the letter about three times before I realized that something was not right.
After getting an Affiliate Manager to put me in contact with one of his technicians, I found out that there were a couple things missing so he fixed it and sent it back to me within 20 minutes. It was something very minor for him, but caused me (just learning the software) to have a bad day and waste a couple hours. :sarcasm:
