Could you perhaps propose a Boss Media Casino which takes players from USA ?? I’m not really sure if I will try to drop Rushmore and move to another US casino.
I think it is like you said, that lots of “virtual bonus money” is sitting in the players accounts. My players are people who have never gambled and 99% of them stop playing after 2 weeks. Therefore bonus money often sums up to the amount of lost money.
