If I was more intelligent I would love to learn spanish, but the bad thing about a bad memory is that it makes learning a language nearly impossible… too many words. But when you end up lost in Santa Domingo spanish would be helpful versus having to point to a page with an address. I love central america so it would be helpful for traveling.
