I’m just on my way back from London after the two day event. There were quite a few affiliates at this one compared to last year (10 – 15.) To be honest though, it’s not really focused at the affiliate side of it. There’s one panel that’s pretty basic but looks at using affiliates. This year Loquax and Bingo.org.uk were represented on it by Jason and Keirion. It was a pretty basic session to be honest.
That said, if you’re interested in bingo and online bingo, it’s worth attending as it’s a great source of ideas, the state of the industry and a great way of networking as well. This was my second attendance, and over the next week or so I’ll be putting together a number of articles on the summit for anyone who’s interested. There was talk that there would potentially be a bingo affiliate summit in the near future, but we’ll have to wait and see about that one.
