So this is retroactive and means we can lose our OLD players? (before the T&C change) or just new ones?

Casino Blasters: please reconsider this. you treated us better than this in the past. what’s going on?
I know this is not an “American” issue, as it effects ALL affiliates, but I wonder if the tune will change when UIGEA is finally repealed and Playtech casinos want American players again.
American affiliates are still pissed off about the way we were treated when UIGEA was first passed, and we will remember all the hits we took along the way when the U.S. market opens back up. To think we won’t pay attention to all the encroachment in between now and then is simply foolish. Blasters may have done us better than most, but encroaching on our players now means all credibility of the past is erased.
Our players are getting used to Rival casinos and other U.S. friendly brands. There will be absolutely no reason for us to once again share our real-estate with you, instead we will be loyal to those who hung with us and regularly pay out.
I am taking notes, and I have many programs in my cross-hairs who may feel good about cheating me now but when I move, I aim to move swiftly. So be prepared for losing all your exposure. and…. if any shaving happens because of my post, watch me jump… I have openX banner serving now, so I can go turn you off with my switch.
Thanks Andy you are invaluable around here!!!
Two cheers for AGD!! Here!! here!!
PS: for affiliates tired of changing banners when a program turns into a wolf, I highly recommend this software – http://www.openx.org/ – it’s FREE, it has powerful stats to track programs with, and of course best of all, you don’t have to run around yanking banners when you get fed up.
