I think this is a great idea. Patty, Melissa, and I health/dental insurance cost $1,650.00 a month. Patty is qualified to get Medicare in September and this may help lower our cost. Pre-existing medical conditions I believe can raise group rate costs. If you have pre-existing medical condition and do not currently have health insurance, you could be insured through a group plan, but you would have to wait for a year for coverage to kick in.
