BetCris keeps denying responsiblity for handing out my log in info twice without requesting any documents to confirm the identity.
They allowed transfers to another bookie account that was not in my name and did this before any wagering requirements were fulfilled in my betting account. -All of this after I made them aware of the problems and was promised that they “would make sure that noone else will be able to access my account anymore”.
-Oh my, could it be any more obvious than that…???
On top of all, I received “sincere apologies” from their customer support rep “Alex”, but upper management now does not want to know about all this anymore.
Professor, If you have a chance to approach them, I would highly appreciate it! This will be a hard nut to crack but they have the choice of either resolving this fairly or reading nightmarish stories about their operation on the biggest gambling websites. I still have not started exposing them.
