As we first thought, the issue relates to the new download casino we recently launched. We are currently implementing the upload of all data, and we will then backdate it from the beginning. Your players are one of the few that are using this solely, and it has accordingly affected your stats (as it appears they aren’t playing…)
Once we implement the data, you will receive all moneys (this should be within 2 weeks). I have PM’d you the amount your players have lost…
