I saw it last week – I enjoyed it but I read the book some time ago and can’t remember a lot about it so comparisons are futile 
But that probably helped. Was trying to remember if the ending was dramatised for the film – didn’t remember it from the book.
But nonetheless a good film IMO. In retrospect one that is probably worth watching on DVD rather than at the somewhat expensive cinema, but still 2 hours well spent.
