cpays is pretty much as bad as it gets. wouldnt ever deal with them.

i worked closely with my affiliate manager, its worth mentioning that in 2 years of working with them i outlived 3 or 4 managers (they had bigger staff turnover then McDs) , only to have my account closed for being in the negative. they kept 300 of my players. awesome stunt. somehow they blamed me for players who kept on winning and held me responsible for bonus abusers based out of an internet cafe in greece.

they wouldn’t deal with my issue until i posted it on CAP and magic magic, the program manager starts calling me on the phone. of course he wouldnt open the account but did offer to open a new one for me … how nice of him.

then all those blackhatter competitions they ran on their website. rank for a particular cpays scam phrase in google, yahoo and msn and win 10k. clever! especially when you are trying to promote ethical marketing :flush: didnt that strategy backfire, they even ended up changing their name.

what else, did i mention affiliate managers not speaking proper english? where they would back out of their statements because they didnt understand what you were saying? i ended up sending them chat transcripts to prove what they told me the day before…or was it because they were not being honest. doesnt matter

how about chasing payments every month?

negative carryover?

non-replies to emails when issues got hot?

you name it, cpays have done it!

when i see their stall at conferences, i walk 10 meters around it not to ever bring up the topic of their existence. fun fun fun. the only way cpays could make money is by writting a book on how to NOT be an affiliate program.

i guess the issue lies with the owners of the program, since they are enticing such behaviour from their aff. managers. as far as i was told, cpays is closely related to playtech as somewhere they share ownership by the same person. apparently cpays is also related to europartners (casinopartners) and they sure share some interesting traits.

over and out.
