Thoses stats look weak to say the least. From your figures they convert at 10% from signup to depositor and the player value is low. My only guess is they do not go after the leads and have limited payment solutions available.
I have never promoted these guys and know little of them. I am sure they have a product that works but are not being aggressive enough.
I look at 25% conversion rate for an average book and around $160 player value for the life. With the figures yuo showed me you should be looking at around 6k and not under the 1k you mentioned.
