You sent me the Doc 2 or 3 times and kept telling me to take it to my bank and emplying that the fault was on their end.
I kept telling you my bank could not locate it and I had not received it.
What else was there for me to do…..keep repeating myself?
I’m sorry, this is simply not true. The last contact between us occurred after I had sent you a statement from our bank proving the wire had gone out. You did not reply repeatedly telling me that your bank could not locate it. If that had been the case I would have had it looked into.
You implied that the documents I sent you were somehow made up, that’s pretty much as defamatory as it gets in my book.
I have no reason not to pay you, it is entirely in my interest as an affiliate manager to have my affiliates be satisfied with our program. It’s not like I personally get to keep any money that doesn’t get sent out, that’s ridiculous. Yes, I take these things seriously, but I need your cooperation.
