What baffles me the most here, is that Gabriel knows that yours isn’t the first or only payment that was sent via wire according to them, but never appeared on the affiliates end. And he also knows that just because he has a document that shows they initiated this transaction, doesn’t mean their transaction processed successfully because yours isn’t the only one.
I know that other casinos that have sent us money via electronic money transfer, that we’ve not received the payment from on our end, and they were able to trace the transaction and get to the bottom of things fairly quickly. The longest we had to wait was 10 business days.
So why isn’t Gabriel tracing this transaction and getting to the bottom of things? Why would he make you wait longer then 10 business days? Months even? I wonder how important Gabriel might think the problem was if it was his paycheck that didn’t arrive for several months after it was due and sent?
Couldn’t these problems be leftover or related to their recent processing problems?
If I were you I’d try and contact Jonathan. He’d take care of this one way or the other, and get you paid I bet.
