Thanks MrYook for your offer to help me. I was in Cebu for just a few days. I thought it would be allot different than Manila. I guess I was expecting no pollution and an nice fresh squeezed orange stands with coconut trees all over the place. I went to Cebu with the purpose of hiring people to work for me on various projects. I then thought that if Cebu is the same as Manila and just smaller then why not go back to Manila where I may have a better resource pool to find people. Funny thing is I have been having a difficult time finding people. I ran an ad in a newspaper here, craigslist and a few sep forums in Philippines. Still I have no luck. Many of them start quoting me prices like I would pay back in North America just because I am a foreigner.
Good SEO people I find are working for companies that pay allot of benefits. Crappy wages but benefits. A person could work for me and in a year that person could likely earn a really good wage and would become an expert in SEO. Anyway, for me, hiring a freelancer or getting someone to work in my condo is very difficult. Not impossible…I don’t like that word lol, but difficult.

the U.S. and I tend to spend 3-6 months in the Philippines every year.
Actually, the Philippines is one of the few online gaming jurisdictions in Asia.
The government issues licenses to online casinos through First Cagayan,
and most of these online casinos directly focus on the asian market.

Also, if you’ve ever played at a Playtech casino.. you’ll notice that the
live dealers are filipinas and the live casino studio is within Manila.
I’m very well traveled in the Philippines, especially through out Luzon, Samar,
Leyte, & Cebu. So, if you have any questions, etc.. feel free to send me a PM here at CAP.
