More4me, I’ve always seen CM as being the player forum and CAP the affiliate forum. So, if you were having problems with a payment from an affiliate program I don’t see how Bryan would have been the correct address for help… CAP/GPWA would have helped you.
On the other hand, when there are JF player complaints Bryan very often demands from me that I take the complaint to JF casino management and get their immediate attention to the player issues. And if we don’t address the player issues fast enough he let’s us know.
So, while I’m very sorry about what happened to your Mom, I don’t believe it’s correct to bring Bryan into it.
And the reason I am so excited about these awards is because I hold Bryan in the highest professional regard. In the past when we have messed up he has been the one to make sure it gets fixed up.
No insults intended but please remember that nobody is perfect and just because someone didn’t do something you needed at a time that was critical to you doesn’t turn the other person into a bad person. I’m sure you have messed up in your life, I have.
Whatever the case I’m very sorry about your Mom.
