We are aware of the problem, and I can assure you that our technicians
are doing everything possible to try and resolve the issue of data not
being carried into the site.
Please be aware that this issue has only been reported on a handful
of affiliate accounts, the large majority of accounts are updating
correctly, we are doing everything possible to research the aparent
cause behind stats not updating on those accounts.
We previously had a problem with the replication of data being interupted
due connection being dropped by our servers, the massive amount of data
that is being pulled through the to website times out, therefore a full
update is not going through.
Please note that this problem wass intermittent and affected data reflecting
in reports such as profit and loss as well as traffic stats.
I do realise that you are feeling frustrated over this but I can assure you
that we are working as quickly as possible to have this issue resolved.
