yes …. first please name the program.
second. this is an issue long a thorn in my side. Provide the player’s email account so you can contact them and find out for yourself the problem. they don’t have to provide it auto….. they can be asked that the casino portal in question is worried about their being treated fairly and wants to contact them to make sure issues are addressed. This is not unfair at all given they ask the player(s) in question that is be okay to give the email to the portal owner in question. after all ….. you’re simply looking after their best interest and have asked permission first before being given the addy.
if programs would adopt this option …. it allows us as portal owners the chance to do many things ….. including checking the integrity of the program in question and at no risk to them since they asked permission to give the email addy. No legit player would say no since they would know they had yet another formidable entity on their side.
if the answer is no ….. then I’d quickly question the program…. and/or the player.
it is quite possible the person in question is innocent since he used his own cc to deposit into his wifes account. be different other way around.
quality programs should very much consider what i’ve said. the respect and integrity they’d accumulate with affs is undoubtedly worth the trouble as I know I’d be all over any such program and promote them aggressively because of the transparancy.
