Miles, I had no problem with your casino locking the account. Its the stealing of my money that kinda bugs me you know. Just because you have a vague term in your terms to steal a players money if you deem it necessary doesn’t make it right. I risked this money in good faith and won it fair and square, and just because I took the initiative to close an account at another microgaming casino doesn’t give you the right to steal my winnings at yours, period.
You can claim the legal route all you want, but your affiliates will see exactly what is going on here. I wasn’t trying anything underhanded, if I knew microgaming put a blanket block on me I would not have even attempted to play. The bottom line is I risked this money, and just because I won a few pennies shouldn’t give you the right to steal them from me. I really try to be a fair guy miles, but your casino is not being fair with me. What gets me is would your casino still be refunding my deposit if I lost it all? The answer is no. Your trying to justify that you have the grounds to keep my winnings from me, and yet your casino would have no problem keeping my deposit if I lost it.
At any rate its a messed up situation Miles, your trying to beat me out of a lousy $3K, no problem. All your casino had to do was pay me what is mine and case closed. And how your casino prides itself on anything is beyond me. Have you checked out the forums over at Casinomeisters lately.
