It sounds to me like the guy is in the red big time. Most people don’t come in for $9K on one deposit, so chances are the guy kept redepositing, and is down either the whole $9K or most of it. Its real cut and dry for me. First, I know the casino is not going to refund any money lost. So they need to pay you on the losses anyway you cut it. You just might need to be patient until they cover their ass with any potential chargebacks. It’s the same old story, if a casino profits off someone you sent, you need to be earning income on those same profits. If they don’t pay you their just stealing. You need to lock them in right now and get clarification on that email sent to you. If they are going to beat you out of that commission I would definitely not be working with them anymore.
