Ok, below is a very basic shuttle map – I would guess that 99% of you are arriving at the Macau Ferry Terminal – the few of you that are actually arriving at Macau Airport will have to take a taxi as very few visitors actually arrive by that method (the other main method is overland from China).
If anyone has any questions, or their hotel is not on the list, let me know and I will be happy to tell you how to get to your hotel. Even if you are stuck taking a taxi, it’s only likely to cost you $3-4 anywhere in town, and $8 to the Venetian.
The location of the Venetian shuttle is simply because it has far and away the most visitors at present. When the newer hotels open, they are likely to share the same loading area as the Venetian. This is across the street from the ferry terminal. There will be a line of people, but don’t worry – buses are coming every couple of minutes and you will be on a bus within 10 minutes.
For the other hotels, simply walk to your left and out the door – you will see buses and vans of all sorts, simply look for the signboards and if you don’t see one, ask. If the bus or van isn’t there, it will only be a matter of minutes before another one comes around. In the case of the Wynn, there is always a bus present but there were long lines the last time I visited – nevertheless, it won’t be longer than 15 minutes (hopefully).
